Sunburst Lace Layered Mandala

Three cardstock layers stack into one mandala: a solid scalloped base, a middle lace layer and a top layer with the finest cut-outs. Because each layer's openings are slightly larger than the one below, every opening shows a thin outline of the next colour.

It suits a 20 x 20 cm frame, a card front or a centrepiece. Glue the layers flat, or use 2 mm foam pads between them for a deeper shadow.
