Each arm carries four pairs of branches with sub-branches, the tips end in spear shapes and the centre is a hexagonal plate with a star cut-out. A ring at the top takes a ribbon.

Cut it from heavy card, felt or thin acrylic for a window or door decoration, or make several for a ceiling display.
